What does it do?
LLFF is an ultra rapid and centralised Cook & Chill production process. It is a rapid, adaptable, scalable and streamlined solution for processing almost all food products. Soups & Sauces, Dairy, Meat, Poultry & Fish, Rice, Pasta and Vegetables, dressings, Relishes, Dips, Desserts, Preserves can all be produced delivering considerable reductions in processing times and hence providing labour savings.
How does it work?
The LLFF process consists of cooking, pasteurizing, homogenising or emulsifying, chilling, mixing, pumping, filling and packaging to achieve an extended Shelf Life of between 30 days to 60 days.
